Bio controle machine

Arend Roses now grows 90% of their roses ecologically. For example, they use bio control; natural enemies of bacteria, fungi and insects are used to control pest populations.

Will I find any of these natural enemies in my Roses when I buy them?

No, because these 'natural enemies' don't nest in de Rose!
Up to 50 leaves are carefully checked for the effects of bio control, before the Roses are harvested.

When they want to add a new variety, it is tested on many different criteria. Only when a Rose passes more than 90% of the tests, the variety will be added to the assortment...

...This is often a process of three or more years.

Cooler

After harvesting, the Roses are placed in a cooler for 24 hours. During this period of time they can absorb enough water to stay strong for weeks!
